Our Qualified and Caring Educators

Our educators are proficient in their understanding and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standards (NQS), Regulations and United Nations Convention of the rights of the Child and Code of Ethics.
As educators we are child advocates who are dedicated to ensuring that children are respected, valued and heard, and as mandatory reporters maintain current child protection training.
We understand that Australia is a multiculturally diverse country and ensure that we foster children’s knowledge and appreciation for our linguistic and culturally blended community.
We provide a natural learning environment that stimulates children’s learning through play to build a sense of inquiry, autonomy and success for future learning.
We acknowledge the importance of an ongoing quality improvement system and critical reflection process both for service function, personal development and growth.
